FAQ
How will my artwork be shipped?
All originals are wrapped, packed and shipped by Pack & Send's team that specialise in art freight. Shipping is tracked and fully insured.
A2, A3 & A4 size artworks will be shipped in tubes, large canvas works will be shipped boxed on the wooden stretchers.
In the unlikely event the packaging shows signs of damage please take detailed photos before and after opening the packaging and email through with purchase information to service@cycologyart.com within 48hrs of receipt so we can contact the courier company directly and resolve any claims.
We ask that you sign and check all goods on receipt as we cannot be held responsible once the chain of custody has been broken. Cycology Art will cover any additional shipping of handling fees for the damaged artwork to be returned.
Can I return my artwork?
Of course. If you receive the artwork and it's not what you expected or simply change your mind, email us at service@cycologyart.com and return the artwork to:

We strongly recommend you use a professional shipper with tracking and insurance, we can only receive & refund artworks that are received undamaged.
Purchased works must be returned within 14 days of purchase in their original, unopened condition.
Once checked a refund will be issued on the credit card used in the original purchase, and a confirmation sent through via email.
